I understand that you want to download the DirSync tool. However, since DirSync is deprecated, we cannot download the DirSync tool anymore.

I know that ad connect is Microsoft’s new toy. DirSync tool and the AADSync tool have the similar UI and process, so you can download the AADSync tool and go through the setup experience, enter your local AD credential and Office admin credential, check the Exchange Hybrid and password sync options, and then the tool will do the integration.
