During the second battle, the bosses have a new series of powers, granted by a fragment of the Tablet of Order and Chaos. The punches can also be modified by holding down certain buttons. Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions has a lot of great things going for it. Some of the levels and boss battles are phenomenal.

Beenox took a lot of chances with this game, most of which paid off in something unique and refreshing. Spidey fans should definitely pick this one up. He needs to use the shadows. If spotted, alarms are raised and Spidey is shot to hell. Noir Spidey takes a page from the recent Splinter Cell, where the colors in the world bleed out when you are in shadows and presumably hidden.
